My friend David, who spent many days and nights at the just sent me this little video... I don't remember acting so crazy but I'm happy to see this funny little clip... David said, he feels sad that the TeaHouse is closed, this made me feel nostalgic... I do miss the place and the space...

Moving is exhausting... So many wonderful memories inside of these walls... Today we moved furniture in my friend Donald's pick-up truck... He wandered around the house remembering the tremendous healing he recieved right here, at the YogaTeaHouse...
Finally, we loaded up the truck and drove to the TinyTeaHouse...

The YogaTeaHouse is disappearing/glitching into the Matrix... As I pull my energy out of this space I am noticing the collapse of this vortex... 75% of the space is empty and in a few days I will lock the doors and never look back... Of course my personal memories will remain, especially when random photos show up in my timeline...
My entire focus is on my , I am in love with it... I will share some photos when the move is complete...
I am releasing the old and embracing the new... Selah...

The countdown has started... Today I am packing up the BoHoGold room and moving the bed and shelves over to the TinyHouse... My friend Tommy is here helpinging me, he is loading up the furniture into his mini-van... Boxes and containers are filling up, they will be the last things I move...
Sorting through everything, 16 years of collecting and creating... This YogaTeaHouse was like a dream, now I am dismantling it to create the next chapter of my life...
Thank you, thank you to all of my family and friends, who supported me over the years... And a huge 'Thank You' to all of the guests who spent time in this space... So many of you have become close friends and some are like family...
Today is very emotional for me, excitement, fear, nostalgia and exhaustion... I'm pushing through these feelings and moving forward...

Remember the 'Circle of Life'? Birth-Death-ReBirth, this is what life is all about, Mama Nature proves it everyday in the tropics... My beautiful Moringa tree was cut to the ground literally, my heart was broken... I had reaped so much medicine from it's abundant branches... I had shipped Moringa leaves and seeds all over the world, all from this one tree... I didn't think this mighty tree could survive, I immediately planted a few seeds to ensure I would keep the breed...
And just like that, today as I was driving out through the gate I noticed a small stem growing from the stump... This regenerative power reminds me, that wherever I go I can recreate my life or an even better...
I'm still at the YogaTeaHouse due to so many delays... I'm not accepting any guests, actually I am pulling the place apart to release what no longer serves me and keep those things that bring me Joy...

Wow, weeks after the YogaTeaHouse closed its doors to guests, I recieved a request to host a Sound Bowl Healing... Heather and Mike found my Website and requested a session...
The Yoga/Healing room was sitting empty so I agreed... It was exceptional, it felt good to invite new people into the space and do what I do... I lit a candle, burned some incense and gathered together all of the bowls, I even used a drum...
The TeaHouse was created for these moments... Thank you to Heather and Mike for becoming part of Mama Orah's Yoga Tea House Jamaica Family...

The very, very last guests at the TeaHouse left this afternoon... It was a surprise visit and I couldn't say "no"... It felt so good having two Rasta Angel's in the house, so much love, caring and sharing...
Tomorrow will mark a new chapter here, as I begin to pack up sheets and towels, plates and bowls, pulling down the artwork from the walls and preparing to move... It's a bit overwhelming, but I have already visualized it in my mind... Step by step I am dismantling this space and preparing to relocate into my Tiny Mushroom TeaHouse 🍄...
I will share the journey...

So much healing has taken place in the 'YogaRoom'... Classes, retreats, workshops and more... This room was created intentionally to provide a quiet place where any guest could practice yoga or just meditate or rest....
It's only fitting that these final days would continue to generate a loving, healing frequency throughout the space...
Massage is recommended while visiting Jamaica...
The island is complete with fresh food, bright sunshine, hot days and cool nights, beaches, rivers, mountains, mineral baths... The provided a place where healing, naturally occurred on many occasions...
I am still here and available to answer any special requests...

So here we are, so many memories... The doors are closing and the beds are empty... It all feels like a dream, all of the positive energy that has floated through this house... The healing vibration that touched each one, all of the prayers and laughter... I will remember all of the beauty, the joy, the sweet smell of incense... The constant breeze that blows the chimes, the view from every window and the fruits from every tree...
I feel blessed, I feel complete, I am ready to embrace the next chapter of my life... I am grateful to this beautiful house that became my home for so many transformative years... I release the past, all of it, I am stepping into the new...

It's moments like this, when I realize how much I love Airbnb and what that business model represents... I put my place/space out there on their platform and the most magical people find me and we connect... Sometimes for the moment but most times we feel like family...
There is this Spiritual attraction that brings like minded people together... I love sharing ideas with people from all over the world... I am so grateful for the magnetic powers of the YogaTeaHouse... I thank all of the people, who chose to spend their precious holiday vacation time here with me... And during these final weeks, I am reflecting on all of the wonderful souls with whom I have created an Eternal bond... My Global Soul Tribe, you know who you are, I love you all...

Years ago, I would sit on my hilltop and chant a song that I wrote over 22 years ago... The chants affirms "Calling JahJah children, calling Rastafari children"...
So many heard the call and found their way to the YogaTeaHouse... I love my tribe, you know who you are, whether Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, Yoruba or Kemetic as long as you love Jah/God/Allah/Yahweh/Olodumari, Amun or whatever Divine name, Love is key...
There is only One Universal Creator and we are One... Sending love to my Tribe and across the galaxy!

The month of February flew by... Now it's the beginning of March and the YogaTeaHouse is almost full for the month... Meeting so many wonderful people through Airbnb, this solo traveler was so happy to be able to practice her yoga everyday, without disturbance... I love it when this Sacred Space is used for yoga, meditation, classes and healing...
The countdown is coming to a close in mid April... I am so grateful for these final days and looking forward to my final special guests... I'm blocking off days for family and friends... Let me know if you see yourself here...

This Winter Season has been filled with so many Heart and Soul connections... The YogaTeaHouse has become a Portal for some of the most wonderful people... The Gathering of Light Beings is happening right here in Jamaica...
I feel so blessed to provide a space and a place, that is an Oasis of Calm, Peace and Love...
Its feels bittersweet as our days here are numbered, the doors will be closing in this location but as they say 'When one door closes another one opens...'
I'm looking to the unknown future, knowing and trusting that the journey will get better and better..

Greetings from the YogaTeaHouse, we are full this week and I had to share this with you...
A single guest is visiting in the Full Moon Retreat room, for 5 days and I decided to push the two twin beds together against the back wall... Wow, it's been a long time since I made a King size bed up here... I had to find the King sheets that were packed away and the extra large mosquito net... The room looks gorgeous, I am definitely moving up here next week... I love this room, what do you think?
Honestly I love all of the rooms here, do you have a favorite?

For many years I have tried to grow fruits and veggies in the YogaTeaHouse yard... Ackee, breadfruit, bananas are abundant, avocado and mango trees too... But things like lettuce, arugula, basil and tomatoes have been difficult... I created raised beds filled with top soil with no success, I planted directly in the ground with no luck... I planted a rooftop garden with big pots and a watering system and a shade cloth growing area, to no avail...
However, last year was different... And this year I have been blessed... My tomatoes plants are producing, my arugula is thriving and my baby lettuce is flourishing... I can't tell you why but I am grateful...
Last year a friend , gifted me with 3 tiny strawberry plants, they almost died in November... But I kept caring for them and today I recieved the sweetest reward... My first ripe strawberry! Life is amazing never give up and please remember to "eat what you grow and grow what you eat..."
