Let me introduce you to some of the secret places and great people. The Yoga Tea House is an international spiritual retreat, focus on relaxation, meditation and personal practice. (yoga mats available)Seasonal local Yoga classes are available. Private yoga/meditation classes and healing sessions are available on premises. We invite guests to practice Eco-awareness, requesting guests use less water, electricity and paper products. Family style living, private rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom. Amazing place to share and make new friends.

My friend David, who spent many days and nights at the just sent me this little video... I don't remember acting so crazy but I'm happy to see this funny little clip... David said, he feels sad that the TeaHouse is closed, this made me feel nostalgic... I do miss the place and the space...

Moving is exhausting... So many wonderful memories inside of these walls... Today we moved furniture in my friend Donald's pick-up truck... He wandered around the house remembering the tremendous healing he recieved right here, at the YogaTeaHouse...
Finally, we loaded up the truck and drove to the TinyTeaHouse...

The YogaTeaHouse is disappearing/glitching into the Matrix... As I pull my energy out of this space I am noticing the collapse of this vortex... 75% of the space is empty and in a few days I will lock the doors and never look back... Of course my personal memories will remain, especially when random photos show up in my timeline...
My entire focus is on my , I am in love with it... I will share some photos when the move is complete...
I am releasing the old and embracing the new... Selah...

The countdown has started... Today I am packing up the BoHoGold room and moving the bed and shelves over to the TinyHouse... My friend Tommy is here helpinging me, he is loading up the furniture into his mini-van... Boxes and containers are filling up, they will be the last things I move...
Sorting through everything, 16 years of collecting and creating... This YogaTeaHouse was like a dream, now I am dismantling it to create the next chapter of my life...
Thank you, thank you to all of my family and friends, who supported me over the years... And a huge 'Thank You' to all of the guests who spent time in this space... So many of you have become close friends and some are like family...
Today is very emotional for me, excitement, fear, nostalgia and exhaustion... I'm pushing through these feelings and moving forward...
I'll keep you posted...

Remember the 'Circle of Life'? Birth-Death-ReBirth, this is what life is all about, Mama Nature proves it everyday in the tropics... My beautiful Moringa tree was cut to the ground literally, my heart was broken... I had reaped so much medicine from it's abundant branches... I had shipped Moringa leaves and seeds all over the world, all from this one tree... I didn't think this mighty tree could survive, I immediately planted a few seeds to ensure I would keep the breed...
And just like that, today as I was driving out through the gate I noticed a small stem growing from the stump... This regenerative power reminds me, that wherever I go I can recreate my life or an even better...
I'm still at the YogaTeaHouse due to so many delays... I'm not accepting any guests, actually I am pulling the place apart to release what no longer serves me and keep those things that bring me Joy...

Wow, weeks after the YogaTeaHouse closed its doors to guests, I recieved a request to host a Sound Bowl Healing... Heather and Mike found my Website and requested a session...
The Yoga/Healing room was sitting empty so I agreed... It was exceptional, it felt good to invite new people into the space and do what I do... I lit a candle, burned some incense and gathered together all of the bowls, I even used a drum...
The TeaHouse was created for these moments... Thank you to Heather and Mike for becoming part of Mama Orah's Yoga Tea House Jamaica Family...

The very, very last guests at the TeaHouse left this afternoon... It was a surprise visit and I couldn't say "no"... It felt so good having two Rasta Angel's in the house, so much love, caring and sharing...
Tomorrow will mark a new chapter here, as I begin to pack up sheets and towels, plates and bowls, pulling down the artwork from the walls and preparing to move... It's a bit overwhelming, but I have already visualized it in my mind... Step by step I am dismantling this space and preparing to relocate into my Tiny Mushroom TeaHouse 🍄...
I will share the journey...

So much healing has taken place in the 'YogaRoom'... Classes, retreats, workshops and more... This room was created intentionally to provide a quiet place where any guest could practice yoga or just meditate or rest....
It's only fitting that these final days would continue to generate a loving, healing frequency throughout the space...
Massage is recommended while visiting Jamaica...
The island is complete with fresh food, bright sunshine, hot days and cool nights, beaches, rivers, mountains, mineral baths... The provided a place where healing, naturally occurred on many occasions...
I am still here and available to answer any special requests...
I'm still here maybe till early May...

So here we are, so many memories... The doors are closing and the beds are empty... It all feels like a dream, all of the positive energy that has floated through this house... The healing vibration that touched each one, all of the prayers and laughter... I will remember all of the beauty, the joy, the sweet smell of incense... The constant breeze that blows the chimes, the view from every window and the fruits from every tree...
I feel blessed, I feel complete, I am ready to embrace the next chapter of my life... I am grateful to this beautiful house that became my home for so many transformative years... I release the past, all of it, I am stepping into the new...
