Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate the L.P. Martin brand through innovative marketing initiatives, brand building, and impactful community engagement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — capable of executing guerrilla-style campaigns, increasing brand visibility, and outpacing the competition through bold and measurable tactics.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Development & Management
o Strengthen and refine the L.P. Martin brand image across digital and physical platforms.
o Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging in alignment with company values and target audience expectations.
• Social Responsibility & Community Engagement
o Design and implement community-focused initiatives that reinforce our role as a responsible and compassionate business.
o Collaborate with local organizations, schools, churches, and civic groups to enhance visibility and goodwill.
• Guerrilla Marketing Ex*****on
o Plan and carry out unconventional, cost-effective campaigns to create buzz and distinguish the brand from competitors.
o Monitor competitor activity and respond with timely, creative marketing countermeasures.
• Digital & Social Media Marketing
o Grow and manage our presence on key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
o Utilize QR codes, influencer partnerships, and digital tools to drive lead generation and brand engagement.
• Campaign Planning & Reporting
o Create strategic marketing plans and calendars aligned with business goals.
o Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present regular progress reports to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or community outreach — preferably in a service-based or legacy industry.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful guerrilla marketing campaigns.
• Strong social media management and digital marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
