I am about to embark on a one one yoga teacher training starting on the 30th of this month through to the 12th of June! My student, a young Sister is very much looking forward to this journey as well! The last time I did this was in 2017! So much has happened since then! My yoga practice and teaching suffered much these past few years but it is still amazing to me how using the breath and geometric progression can change your body in just a few days of intense practice. I am now back to teaching classes as well and I am so excited! As my student and take on this journey, I will be posting each night to give an insight in how I have managed to create, craft and write my own certification which my student will be the first to experience! Welcome to the Yoga Universal Lifestyles Method of Training and Certification!

This though is a culmination of hard work and overcoming major emotional blocks and breakdowns particularly in 2019. I had to close certain doors also, but so many more are opening!

I find myself very lucky to have a student ready to commit to this training in these times we face, so I am in deep gratitude! Its arrival at my doorstep is another height of healing myself further! I benefit in the same manner as my student. Reciprocity is maintained. Ma'at works! Ankh udja seneb!
