On behalf of the Board of management and staff at Educare Foundation Jamaica we would like to thank everyone for their help and support and contributions to make Educare Awareness Day a success that was held on June 14, 2019.
It was a great event even though the attendance was low but everyone who attended commented positively on the quality of the delivery. The presenters who spoke on non communicable diseases, dental health and nutrition, mental health and caring for children with disabilities were superb and we are grateful for the contributions they made. Also we are extremely grateful to have had the children and their teachers from the Santa Cruz Primary School who participated in Educare School Leadership Award Program and sang the National Anthem for the opening of the Awareness Day. We would like to give special thanks to the staff of Rowe Book Keeping & Business Services and all the volunteers for their help and support, also to Dervan Malcolm from Radio 106 FM for airtime during that brief interview and the Chairman for the Day Mr Anthony Senior who gave up most of his other commitments to be at Educare Awareness Day, please accept our gratitude Sir. We are eternal grateful to our sponsors for making it all happen and these are the American Friends of Jamaica, The Irene Stewart Trust, Stewart Hill Walker Limited and Kingsman Restaurant. With much gratitude we say a BIG THANK YOU! Here are some snapshots of the event below
