The NHF now provides, for every female above 21 years old, a subsidy of $1300, every 3 years, to do their Pap Smears. They also provide, for all men, above 40 years old, a subsidy of $1600, every year, to do their PSA.
All you have to do is visit your doctor, to have your NHF form completed, and take it to the NHF offices to collect your card. You then go to a participating provider and or Lab, to access your subsidy.
Come in and get registered.
There's now no reason to not do your screenings.

Biodata for Dr Tana Ricketts-Roomes
Dr. Ricketts-Roomes holds an undergraduate medical degree and a Post-Graduate Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine degree from The UWI, Mona. She has almost 20 years of experience in Family Medicine/ Community Health having been a senior Medical Officer at The UWI for a decade and now, a Senior Lecturer at The UWI where she trains undergraduate and postgraduate medical personnel. Her passion for providing excellent holistic care to her patients and their families is undeniable as she seeks to make a difference in the landscape of disease prevention and improving chronic illness care, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and HIV. She seeks to impart knowledge to her patients while encouraging the maintenance of high standards of clinical care and is trusted by the many patients whom she has had the privilege to serve.
