💚 Healthy Swaps for a Healthy Heart 💚

Eating healthy is not about restriction—it’s about making better choices without sacrificing flavor! ✨

Today I swapped regular pasta for edamame spaghetti, and WOW—what a game changer! 😍

Let’s look at the nutritional value from one serving, which is 2oz measured before cooking:
➡️24g protein per serving (keeps you full + supports metabolism!)
➡️13g fiber (great for digestion + balanced blood sugar!)
➡️Fewer carbs than regular pasta (bye-bye, energy crashes!)

So instead of pasta, I had 1/2 serving of the edamame spaghetti with baked fish for heart-healthy omega-3s and steamed callaloo for extra nutrients. The best part? The half a serving was still plenty! 🙌
