For all the ladies 40+🌻You don’t need to wait for Monday and you don’t need a perfect January 1st.

Momentum starts with one supportive choice today.

👉🏾A balanced breakfast with protein, healthy fats and fiber. This morning I had Greek Yogurt, blueberries & nuts.

👉🏾A 20-30 minute walk to burn a few hundred calories.

👉🏾Planning one nourishing meal - keep it simple. You can use up leftovers - chicken, rice & veg. Follow the plate rule and fill half your plate with vegetables, 1/4 protein and 1/4 smart carbs. That’s it!

👉🏾Drinking more water. Swap all your beverages for water.

Small actions done consistently change your body and your confidence.
