Expanding our understanding of the anatomical myofascial deep and superficial front lines through asanas. When you contract the superficial line you lengthen the deep front line and vice versa - active toes (toes to the nose and slightly everted with air between each toe) is a good start. My beloved wife ShamanaTara asked me to teach her anatomy and I realised I was an Anatomy Educator, so our business Anatomy Intelligence was born. Anatomy can be boring so these kookaburras remind us to not take it too seriously and to keep laughing along the way.
