Heart Month 2026 is in full swing ❤️📻

On February 3, the Heart Foundation of Jamaica partnered with Mello FM for our Heart Month outside broadcast, bringing national attention to this year’s theme: “Heart Attack – Could It Be You?”. The discussion focused on awareness, early warning signs, and the importance of protecting your heart.

Together, we continue to encourage Jamaicans to take charge of their heart health. 💙

We kicked off Heart Month 2026 with an exciting outside broadcast on February 3 with Mello FM ❤️📻

Under the powerful theme “Heart Attack – Could It Be You?”, we shared life-saving information, raised awareness, and encouraged Jamaicans to take their heart health seriously.

As we look ahead to Heart Month this February, the Heart Foundation of Jamaica officially launched its Heart Month activities at the Terra Nova Hotel under the theme “Heart Attack!!-could it be you?”

With an insightful presentation from guest speaker Dr. Michael Abrahams, Medical Practitioner, the launch served as a timely reminder of the importance of early screening, awareness, and proactive heart health, because prevention starts before symptoms. ❤️
