We've been brainwashed to believe that exhaustion = success. That if you’re not constantly “on,” you’re falling behind. But let’s be real—burnout is NOT a badge of honor. 🚫

💔 When did we start believing that running on empty is normal? That feeling drained every day is just life? Newsflash: IT’S NOT.

🛑 If you’re tired, REST. If you’re overwhelmed, SLOW DOWN.

Happy ! Today, let's take a few minutes to focus on our mental well-being. 🌸

Mindfulness is a powerful tool that helps reduce stress and increase happiness. Here’s a quick exercise you can do anywhere:

1. Find a quiet spot and sit comfortably.

2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth

3. Focus on your breath. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breathing.

4. Continue for 5-10 minutes.

Try this every morning this week and notice how it changes your mindset.
