When we allow nature and animals space - when we truly show up and listen - they can care for us as much as we care for them.

They are deeply attuned and can give us the intuitive guidance we are seeking.

From April 6th every Sunday I am facilitating the Soul Sparck Circle to offer a moment of presence, of attuning to what is alive for you, to explore our inner world and find clarity and trust for the week ahead.

It’s about 75-90 min of core practice: intention setting, heart meditation, drum journey inspired by life, nature and animals and ritual. Followed by sharing.
