مراجعتي اليوم كانت تعاني من ألم في الظهر يمتد إلى الساق، وبعد التشخيص وإجراء الصور اللازمة، تبيّن وجود انزلاق غضروفي بين الفقرتين الرابعة والخامسة.وبناءً على وضع مريضتنا، تمكّنا من علاجها بالعلاج التحفظي دون الحاجة لأي تدخل جراحي

My patient today was experiencing lower back pain radiating to the leg. After proper diagnosis and imaging, a disc herniation between the fourth and fifth Lumbar vertebrae was identified. Fortunately, due to the nature of the case, it was successfully managed with conservative treatment without the need for surgery.

مش كل حالات الانزلاق الغضروفي خطيرة، وفي كثير طرق للعلاج منها العلاج التحفظي وفي الحالات المتقدمة قد تحتاج تدخل جراحي مثل المنظار أو غيره. اختيار العلاج يعتمد على حجم ومكان الانزلاق، بالإضافة لعوامل أخرى مرتبطة بالمريض

مراجعتنا اليوم تعاني من خدر وتنميل في اليدين، خصوصاً الإبهام، وتم تشخيصها بمتلازمة النفق الرسغي. بعد الفحوصات اللازمة وتخطيط الأعصاب، نقدر نحدد أفضل خطة علاج، سواء بالعلاج التحفظي أو بالجراحة بالتداخل المحدود حسب كل حالة واحتياجها وبهيك بتقدر ترجع لحياتها الطبيعية بدون ألم

عانت مريضتنا من حالة نادرة تمثّلت بوجود ورم في أحد الأعصاب الطرفية الرئيسية في القدم، وهو من الأورام التي تكون حميدة في أغلب الحالات. وبإشراف د. لؤي أبو علية، استشاري جراحة الدماغ والأعصاب والعمود الفقري، تم التعامل مع الحالة بدقة عالية. أُجريت العملية وتم استئصال الورم بشكل كامل باستخدام جهاز مراقبة الأعصاب، لضمان الحفاظ على سلامة العصب وعدم تأثره أثناء الإجراء. والحمد لله، تتمتع مريضتنا الآن بصحة جيدة وبأفضل حال.
