We are looking for a talented and experienced Telesales Officer to join our team at Roya Tebyeh Drug Store. The Telesales Officer will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone and email, as well as maintaining relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential and existing customers by phone to promote our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and listening skills.
- Generate leads and manage a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely information on product pricing, availability, and delivery.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telesales or inside sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suit.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant OR Office Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and an additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Minimum 2 years experience
