التحدي في مثل هذه الحالات التي تتضمن تعويض سن أمامي واحد فقط يكمن بمطابقة اللون والشكل للأسنان المجاورة وهو ما استطعنا تحقيقه بفضل الله.

استبدال تركيبات البورسلان (خزف على معدن) القديمة بتركيبات زيركون.

كما نلاحظ أن حواف التركيبات القديمة لم تكن ملائمة مما أدى إلى انحسار لللثة بالإضافة إلى عدم تطابق اللون مع الأسنان المجاورة.

لذلك تم استبدالهم بتركيبات زيركون لضمان انطباق الحواف حول اللثة وبلون طبيعي مماثل للأسنان المجاورة

علاج التسوسات باستخدام الحشوات التجميلية
تسوسات بهذا الشكل كانت ناتجة عن عدم الالتزام بالعناية الفموية أثناء علاج التقويم مما تسبب بنخر كبير في معظم الأسنان.

“Direct Composite Veneers”
Patient came with mild marginal gingivitis and multiple caries lesions affecting almost all of his teeth.

Unfortunately, this patient has gone through ortho treatment. I commonly see this disaster after ortho treatments. When oral hygiene is not adequate ortho tx should be ceased immediately.

After caries removal, beveled preparation design was done. It took me about 6 visits to accomplish this work because teeth were heavily decayed specially the posterior ones having multiple affected surfaces per tooth.

Note: Upper right 5 is to be extracted and replaced with implant.

Photographs were taken at the 3 weeks follow up visit, gingival health is my reward after such tremendous effort 😍

Patient wants to enhance her smile with life-looking restorations that are slightly lighter in color

Upon examination, she has class IV composite restortion tooth #21, chipped incisal edge on tooth #11, peg lateral incisor #12, labially inclined canines

Digital smile design was done, and mock up done accordingly.

Preparation design => butt joint
And this preparation was guided by the mock up to commence as conservative preparation as possible.

5 Emax veneers were fabricated and 1 partial coverage crown for tooth #13
