💡 كتابنا لشهر أوكتوبر هو “تنشئة أطفال صالحين”.
💡Our book for October is Raising Good Humans.

“The relationship with our children is the glue that holds us together. It’s the very foundation of raising a good human.”
“العلاقة مع أطفالنا هي الرابط الذي يوحّدنا، وهي حجر الأساس في تربية إنسان صالح.”

💡This book contains tools grounded in research that promote everyone’s well being to get through conflicts with less frustration and recover from them more quickly without threats or punishments. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒❤️

💡It consists of two parts:
1. The foundational work you can do personally to calm your reactivity. 😇
2. Skillful communication and cultivating peace in home, which includes active listening, understanding and meeting children’s needs, how to tolerate tantrums and to connect with children through play. 👶🏻
