We at Ujeed are delighted to announce the launching of the Hala Ibrahim Scholarship.
Hala Ibrahim is one of the leaders in the field of Special Educational Consulting in Jordan. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master's degree in special education and teaching. Hala served local communities in Jordan for 45 years, during which, she offered educational sessions, offered trainings to parents, teachers and therapists, arranged and managed several support groups, as well as collaborated with several local and international organisations to raise awareness and spread knowledge in areas related to people with special needs.
This scholarship is offered to honour Mrs. Ibrahim, and to celebrate her journey of giving and productivity, around her time of retirement.
The scholarship will offer a free of charge training to one trainee attending our famous theiretical "Subjects in Paediatric OT" training. It will be targeted towards outstanding occupational therapists who will be drivers of positive change within our Jordanian community.
In retrospect, the group of trainees attending our 2023 theoretical training were allowed the opportunity to apply for the scholarship, and after careful consideration, the scholarship was offered to the distinguished Hala Al Lala. Congratulations, Hala. we trust that you have a bright future as a paediatric occupational therapist waiting ahead.
We hope that this scholarship will encourage more paediatric occupational therapists to endorse new learning opportunities.
