نحن لا نفحص الجنين،
بل نفحص جزءًا صغيرًا منه… ونحكم على الكل.

📌 ومع وجود الـ Mosaicism:
النتيجة قد تعتمد على مكان العينة فقط

الحقيقة التي لا تُقال كثيرًا:

قد نستبعد أجنة قادرة على إعطاء حمل سليم…
وقد نثق بنتيجة لا تعكس الصورة كاملة

PGT-A ليس خطأ…
لكن استخدامه للجميع؟
❌ هذا هو الخطأ Let me be clear…

PGT-A is not a perfect filter.

We don’t test the embryo —
we test a small part of it… and judge the whole.

📌 With mosaicism,
the result may depend on where the sample was taken

The uncomfortable truth:

We may discard embryos that could have led to healthy pregnancies…
and trust results that don’t reflect the full picture

PGT-A is not wrong…
But using it for everyone?

ممتنٌ لهذه الرحلة، ومدركٌ لما تحمله من مسؤولية.

الحصول على الاعتماد الثلاثي في صحة الإنجاب وعلاج العقم من المملكة المتحدة وكندا والأردن هو ثمرة سنوات من التدريب، والاختبارات، والتعلّم المستمر ضمن أنظمة صحية ومعايير مختلفة.

أشاركه اليوم ليس كغاية، بل كتأكيد على أن العمل في طب الإنجاب يتطلب تطويرًا دائمًا، وتواضعًا، والتزامًا بالطب المبني على الدليل العلمي. فالطب يتغيّر باستمرار، وواجبنا أن نواكب هذا التغيّر لخدمة مرضانا بأفضل صورة ممكنة.

وقبل نهاية هذا العام، يسعدني أن أعلن عن خطوة مهنية جديدة، تندرج ضمن هذا المسار نفسه من التطوير المستمر والسعي لتقديم رعاية أفضل لمرضانا.

الشكر لعائلتي، وأساتذتي، وزملائي، ومرضاى الذين كانت ثقتهم الدافع الأكبر للاستمرار.🇨🇦🇬🇧🇯🇴

Honored to be a speaker at the Middle East Fertility Society annual conference. In a world where social media trends and news are “favored” and eased by the society to gain information, we have to set things back on the right scientific track and principals. And this time when we speak about male infertility and round s***matid use. The facts and reality are still until now way far from what you see or what you hear. Promising, but no one is in any position to promise. Also again, an incredible opportunity to share insights and learn from experts worldwide, all towards the goal of enhancing patient care. Grateful for the contribution.

شرَّفني أن أكون متحدثا في المؤتمر السنوي لجمعية الشرق الأوسط للخصوبة…. في عالم “يفضل” فيه المجتمع أخبار وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي و يستسهلها للحصول على المعلومات، علينا أن نعيد الأمور إلى المسار العلمي والمبادئ الصحيحة. وهذه المرة عندما نتحدث عن العوامل الذكورية و انعدام وجود الحيوانات المنوية الناضجة، واستخدام الطلائع المنوية الغير ناضجة لتلقيح البويضات/المساعدة على الحمل. الحقائق والواقع بعيدان حتى الان كل البعد عما تراه أو ما تسمعه. له مستقبل واعد، ممكن جداً، ولكن لا أحد الان اليوم ، في وضع يسمح له/ها بالوعد و نشر المعلومة التجارية و الغير صحيحة …فرصة عظيمة لتبادل الأفكار والتعلم من الخبراء من جميع أنحاء العالم.. كل ذلك في سبيل تعزيز رعاية المرضى. #الأردن #الخصوبة #العقم #الاطفال #الولادة

I am thrilled to announce a significant milestone in my journey – I’ve officially attained my Canadian License to practice and Medical Council of Canada registration! 🙌🏼 This accomplishment has been the result of countless hours of study, overcoming challenging cases, research and publications and embracing experiences both in Amman and abroad. None of this would have been possible without the blessings of God and the unwavering support of my amazing family, friends, and mentors.
