Do you have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of organization?
Join our team at PhysioOne, the first physiotherapy center in the Middle East accredited by HCAC, and be part of a professional environment that puts patient care first.

🔹 Position: Receptionist
📍 Location: Amman, Jordan
🕒 Working Hours: 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)
💰 Salary: Based on qualifications and experience

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcoming and assisting patients

Managing appointment schedules with accuracy

Answering phone calls and handling inquiries

Coordinating with medical and administrative departments

Entering and managing patient data in the system

🔹 Requirements:

Diploma degree or higher (Secretarial, Business Administration, or related field)

Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

As part of our continuous development in physiotherapy and robotic-assisted therapy in Jordan, PhysioOne Center was honored to host an advanced hands-on training session on the Cosmos Bionics exoskeleton device.

The session was led by Dr. Mina Ashraf, Founder of Cosmos Bionics, who provided our team with detailed practical training on the device’s functions and its applications in physiotherapy and mobility improvement.

This milestone adds to our growing portfolio of advanced robotic technologies, including the Hiwin robotic system and the world-leading Wandercraft Atlante, which will soon be introduced in Jordan. Our mission is to expand physiotherapy services for all ages and categories.

A heartfelt thanks to our amazing PhysioOne team for their professionalism, active engagement, and constant drive to develop and adopt the latest global technologies.
