ماهو جهاز مضخة حقن المحاليل من شركة Smiths Medical INFUSION PUMP :
مضخة التسريب الخارجية هي جهاز طبي يستخدم لتوصيل السوائل إلى جسم المريض بطريقة خاضعة للرقابة. قد تكون مضخات التسريب قادرة على إيصال السوائل بكميات كبيرة أو صغيرة ، ويمكن استخدامها لتوصيل المغذيات أو الأدوية – مثل الأنسولين أو الهرمونات الأخرى ، والمضادات الحيوية ، وأدوية العلاج الكيميائي ، ومسكنات الألم.
مبدأ العمل في جهاز INFUSION PUMP :
مضخة الحقنة عبارة عن مضخة صغيرة ذات إزاحة موجبة تستخدم لنقل كميات دقيقة من السوائل تدريجياً. يتم تشغيل مضخات حقنة Fusion Series جميعها عبر محرك السائر. المسمار الرصاصي ، الخيوط من خلال كتلة انتهازي ، يدير بدقة محرك السائر المضخة. هذا يسبب كتلة انتهازي للتحرك.
عندما تضغط كتلة التجويف بعكس المكبس في حقنة مؤمنة يخرج السائل بمعدل دقيق أثناء وضع التسريب.
عندما يتحول المحرك السائر في الاتجاه المعاكس ، تتحرك كتلة انتهازي بحيث يتم سحب المكبس المحاقن ، وبالتالي سحب السوائل في المحقنة. بالنسبة لمضخات حقنة Fusion Series ، تنتقل كتلة التجويف إلى اليمين للتسريب وإلى اليسار للانسحاب.

Things are going confused when we say vented and non-vented masks. peoples always have confusion between these two terms, As simple as that, the main difference is:

Vented masks are masks with a small hole in the elbow of the mask uses for CPAP or PiPAP patients to escalate the CO2 from the vent.
Non-Vented masks are masks without the small hole we talked about in the previous section, it uses with patients on ventilators to maintain the whole inhelation O2 and escalate CO2 between the patient and the ventilator.
