Executive Committee:
a. The executive committee is formed of the president and six officers. After the executive committee is elected it convenes to elect the president, the vice president, the secretary, the treasure, the scientific committee secretary and social committee secretary. d by default if only one member is nominated. Duties of the executive committee:
1. To call the general committee and apply its recommendations.
2. To run the Society and its financial affairs and to collect its dues.
3. To apply laws and regulations
4. To look at applications to the society according to section (8) of the by-laws

An applicant for the president of the society should have worked for at least 5 years in his field of specialty and should have obtained the board relevant to his specialty or to have worked for at least ten years of not a specialist and he should be a member of the society for at least two years. An applicant for an officer should be a member of the Society for at lease one year
f. The president can not be nominated for more than two consecutive cycles
g. The secretary: Keeps a record with the minutes of the general committee meeting and another record for the executive committee meeting and also keeps the communications of the society
h. The executive committee meetings are done periodically at least once every month. The presidency and officers duration is for two years and they are elected in the general committee meeting. The duration of the membership in the society does not apply for the nomination of the first executive committee with the condition that the members shall be from the founding members of the society
