We’re so excited to announce that Kids Yoga Classes are now happening at Over the Rainbow!
A playful, mindful, and fun space where your little ones can move, breathe, and shine.

We’ve designed three special classes tailored to each age group:
✨ Little Sparks (Ages 3-5)
✨ Glow Explorers (Ages 6-8)
✨ Rising Stars (Ages 9-12)

These classes are more than just movement — they help your children build focus, confidence, balance, and body awareness while having fun and connecting with themselves.
