We are proud to share that Sokoon Training and Consultation Center, in collaboration with NTU, successfully conducted a 3-day training for the Ministry of Social Development (MoSD) staff on Negotiation, Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Anger Management.

The training equipped participants with practical tools to manage workplace challenges, strengthen communication, and apply peaceful methods for resolving conflicts. Special thanks to MoSD staff for their active participation and commitment, and to NTU for their valuable partnership in making this initiative possible.

Together, we continue building stronger skills and healthier work environments that positively impact the communities we serve. 💙✨

يسرنا أن نشارككم أن مركز سكون للتدريب والاستشارات وبالتعاون مع NTU قد نفذ تدريباً ناجحاً لمدة 3 أيام لموظفي وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية حول التفاوض، حل المشكلات، إدارة الصراع، وإدارة الغضب.

هدف التدريب إلى تزويد المشاركين بأدوات عملية لإدارة التحديات في بيئة العمل، وتعزيز مهارات التواصل، واستخدام الأساليب السلمية لحل النزاعات. نتوجه بالشكر لموظفي الوزارة على تفاعلهم والتزامهم، ولـ NTU على شراكتهم القيمة في إنجاح هذا البرنامج.
