ُّرّي_بعد_الولادة:
إنّ تأخير قطع الحبل السُّرّي بعد الولادة لمدة تتراوح بين ٣٠ و ٦٠ ثانية يسمح بتدفُّقِ المزيد من الدم إلى المولود، ويُحسِّن مخزون الحديد ومعدلات كريات الدم الحمراء لديه، كما يَحول دون مُعاناتِه مِن نقص الحديد بين ثلاثة و ستة أشهر بعد الولادة.

ّدة_الحامل_في_البدايات :

إذا كان شعرُك يزداد طوله بشكل أكبر من الطبيعي، و إذا اشتدت رغبتك للحوامض والموالح، و إذا ازدادت تشققات يديكِ و برودة قدميكِ أثناء الحمل ؛ فإنّه من المرُجّح أن يكونَ ً.

لا يوجد دليل يشير إلى أنَّ يؤثّر على مستوى #الخصوبة لدى السيدات اللّاتي يحاوِلنَ الحمل و بالتّالي لا داعي لتأجيلِه.

There is no evidence to prove that the affects the level of women trying to conceive, so there is no need to delay it.
