After the tooth is filled an impression is made , a temporary crown is then fitted, while the permanent one gets made in the laboratory . power whitening : an in-surgery whitening technique using a photo sensitive gel and a dental light .after the sensitive gum area has been isolated , the bleaching product is painted on the teeth. the powerful light is then shone on the teeth to activate the chemical and accelerate the bleaching process. veneers : a permanent ,where fine silvers of porcelain are fixed to the surface of each tooth , the shape or color of the teeth can be changed ,but they have to saved down a little to make the veneers look completely natural . cosmetic bonding composite filling (white porcelain filling ) is bonded directly on the teeth.it is useful for filling gaps between teeth -in particular , the gab between the two front teeth known as the central diastema ; re-shaping teeth that maybe pointed or twisted or building up teeth that have broken ,the whole procedure is minimally invasive as no tooth is removed ,it is also completely reversible diamonds : a gem of a smile - crystal or sapphire blue twinkles diamonds are especially designed for teeth .twinkles comes in different sizes and colors. twinkles does not harm your teeth . your teeth do not have to be cut or drilled
