1- We are drinking too much water or not enough water.
1g of CHO holds 3g of water.
1g of salt holds 4 cups of water which is 1kg.
2- You are right before or in the mid cycle of your period

4- We don’t weigh ourselves in the same hour and condition we weighed ourselves in the first time.
