Spent the afternoon at the old Prana Space helping my lovely previous landlady set up her Christmas tree 🎄✨
My first time ever decorating a full tree, and wow… it was fun, magical, and honestly hard work too. 😅
But seeing it come together so beautifully made every second worth it.
Here are some snippets from today’s little Christmas tree adventure ❤️✨

حزام التوتر البطني…
هاي المنطقة حوالين البطن اللي منمسك فيها الخوف، القلق،
ومشاعر ثقيلة زي الذنب، العار، الإدمان، وحتى آثار الصدمات الجنسية…
الأشياء اللي ما عرفنا كيف نحتويها أو نعبّر عنها.

المخّ محمي بالجمجمة…
والرئتين محميّات بالقفص الصدري…
بس البطن؟
عليه بس طبقة رفيعة من الجلد والعضلات،
وعشان هيك منخزّن فيه كل هالأحمال بسهولة.

ومع التنفّس الواعي والحركة اللطيفة،
منقدر نليّن هالمساحة،
ونرجّع للجسم إحساس بالأمان، الخفّة، والراحة.
