Old and ugly prosthesis in the upper anterior region replaced with new Porcelain teeth , the patient was refusing the procedure of Gingivectomy for the lower jaw .

Very old prosthesis since 1970 was made with the use of Gold alloy , replaced at our clinic with new fixed Bridge and Flex type removable denture .

تسوسات وتهدم في بعض الاسنان واجري سحب عصب لاغلب الاسنان وبناء الاسنان بحشوات واوتاد فيبر ....والفك السفلي فقط تنظيف ويؤجل لمرحلة قادمة
Multiple dental caries and dental traumas in upper jaw , RCT's were done with placing Fiber Posts for build up fillings . Scaling was only done for the lower teeth .

impacted wisdom teeth (or impacted third molars) are wisdom teeth which do not fully erupt into the mouth because of blockage from other teeth. If the wisdom teeth do not have an open connection to the mouth, pain can develop with the onset of inflammation or infection or damage to the adjacent teeth.
Wisdom teeth removal (extraction) is the most common treatment for impacted wisdom teeth. The absolute indications for removal are either the presence of disease or symptoms around the tooth.

The procedure, depending on the depth of the impaction and angle of the tooth, is to create an incision in the mucosa of the mouth, remove bone of the mandible or maxilla adjacent the tooth, section the tooth and extract it in pieces. This can be completed under local anesthetic, sedation or general anesthetic.
