إذا كنت تعتقد أنك (كبير في السن، وغير مرن، وغير لائق بدنيًا، و و و …..) فلا تستطيع ممارسة اليوغا، فأنت مخطئ تمامًا. وكمدربة يوغا أقول لك: "إذا كنت تستطيع التنفس، فيمكنك ممارسة اليوغا". حيث إن جوهر اليوغا يتجاوز مجرد اتخاذ الأوضاع الجسدية، فهو يتضمن إيجاد السكون في الداخل. تدعو اليوغا إلى التباطؤ، والانتباه إلى الحاضر، والعمل على معرفة و تنمية حياة بأكثر صحة وعافية.

If you think you’re too (old, inflexible, out of shape, fill-in-the-blank-excuse) to do yoga, you couldn’t be more wrong. As a yoga instructor I tell you,´: “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” After all, the essence of yoga goes beyond holding physical poses—it involves finding stillness within. Yoga invites practitioners to slow down, to be mindful of the present, and to cultivate a more purposeful life.

عندما بدأت WeCanYoga كنت أقصد به تعليم اليوغا لجميع الأجسام والقدرات على حد سواء. ويوجا مع استخدام مِقعد هو دليل على أنه يمكنك العمل على جسمك ومرونته وتوازنه وتمدده وتحسينه أثناء استخدام وضعية الجلوس التي تناسب عمرك أو قدرتك في هذه اللحظة

When I started WeCanYoga I intended with it to teach yoga to all bodies and abilities, and chair yoga is a proof that you can work on your body, flexibility, balance, stretching, improving while using a seated position that accommodat your age or ability at the moment

I always burn incense in my private yoga sessions, to provide a subtle scent in the air to aid the flow of the practice. It has relaxing properties and is ideal for the meditation part during Shavasana, as it helps quiet the mind and increase concentration as it can really help with focus and centering ourselves.

إذا كنت تؤمن أنك ستصل إلى هدفك ، فستفعل ، إذا لم تؤمن ، فلن تفعل ، أنا أعلم أنه يمكنك فعل ذلك ، لكن عليك أنت أيضاً أن تعرفه

للإيمان بقدرتك على النجاح وبالتالي الوصول إلى أهدافك أنت بحاجة إلى خلق عادات جديدة وأفكار جديدة
تحتاج للعمل الجاد والتدريب مع ابقاء هدفك صوب عينك، و هذا بحاجة لمعرفة و وعي و دراية، و هذا بحاجة لتحمل المسؤولية، و هنا يأتي دور مُدرّب حياة يعمل معك خطوة بخطوة.
