Utalizing Tongue flap for the closure of complex anterior palatal fistula in a 20 yrs old cleft lip and palate patient. Flap based on the anterior third of the tongue, reflected to close the palatal residual defect, seperated after 14 days. Post-op photos taken 4 weeks after flap separation, complete fistula closure and significant improvement in hypernasality. Next step is to consider debulking to enhance results.
