Utalizing Tongue flap for the closure of complex anterior palatal fistula in a 20 yrs old cleft lip and palate patient. Flap based on the anterior third of the tongue, reflected to close the palatal residual defect, seperated after 14 days. Post-op photos taken 4 weeks after flap separation, complete fistula closure and significant improvement in hypernasality. Next step is to consider debulking to enhance results.

First stage surgical management of Congenital Syngnathia in a 2.2kg newborn female at Jordan University Hospital/ The University of Jordan. Securing 1.1 cm oral openning by minimal intervention under local anaesthesia allowed for safe bottle feeding and patient was discharged home at the age of 10 days!
The plan is continuing follow up with jaw exercises in preparation for a second surgery to separate alveolar bone fusion.

Reccurent tmj dislocation treated with LeClerc procedure fixed with absorbable mini-plate.
خلع المفصل الفكي الصدغي المزمن، من الحالات النادرة، بحيث يعاني المريض من خلع متكرر في المفصل الفكي ينتج عنه خروج اللقمة الفكية من موضعها و لا يستطيع المريض إغلاق الفم، خاصة أثناء الأكل أو الضحك أو التثاؤب، وفي كل مرة يحتاج للذهاب الى الطوارئ لرد المفصل لمكانه الطبيعي. الصور المرفقة لحالة مزمنة كانت تعاني من المشكلة أسبوعياً. تم التداخل جراحياً واستخدمت الصفائح القابلة للإمتصاص لتثبيت القوس الوجني.
