انسداد الأنف من جهة واحدة لفترة طويلة مش طبيعي، بس كتير ناس بتتعايش معو وبتحسبو عادي.
السبب ممكن يكون انحراف بالوتيرة، تضخم بالقرينات، أو مشكلة داخل الأنف.

البخاخات ممكن تخفف الأعراض، بس غالبًا ما بتحل المشكلة.
الأهم نعرف السبب الحقيقي، لأن العلاج ممكن يكون دوائي… وممكن يكون جراحي.

Long-term nasal blockage on one side isn’t normal, but a lot of people live with it and assume it’s fine.
The cause could be a deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, or another internal nasal issue.
