Large periapical lesion...cystic fluid!!...non setting calcium hydroxide( Any-paste-MDCLUS) was placed every week (7 weeks)....Bioceramic sealer was used for obturation ( One Fil-MDCLUS)...here we are after 2 months....healing is in the process
