タンブラーは内側の温度を逃がさず
外気の影響も受けにくい
真空二重構造になっています。

この構造により飲み物の温度を
長時間一定に保つことができます。
また、結露も起こりにくいため、
手やテーブルを濡らすことなく

金属の概念を覆す
チタンの比重は銅の50％、鉄の60％と非常に軽く、
重さによるストレスを感じることがありません。
また、陶器やガラスのように割れることもありません。
純度の高いチタンは金属臭がなく、
飲み物の香りや味を損なうことなく、
本来の美味しさをそのまま味わうことができます。

Remarkable heat and cold retaining effect.
Double-walled and vacuumed SUSgallery tumbler doesn’t easily dissipate the heat of drinks or get affected by air temperature. This structure enables the drinks to keep at the right temperature for a longer time. Moreover, you will not get your hand and table wet using this tumbler because less condensation occurs.　　　　　　　
Overturn the concept of metals.　　　　　　　　　Titanium is 50% lighter than copper and 60% than iron and hence it doesn’t make you irritated by its weight. 製造と希少性
プレートは月に50枚ほどしか製造しません。
それは手作業での研磨、プレス調整、
溶接調整などの細かな工程の積み重ねが
商品の良し悪しに影響を及ぼすから。

熟練職人でも製造が難しいプレートは、
アイコニックな結晶感を最も
感じることができる希少なプロダクトです。

シンプルなデザイン
チタンは経年劣化や割れることがないため、
永くお使いいただけるよう様々なシーンや
使い方を想定し極限まで無駄を排除した
シンプルなデザインに辿り付きました。
ショープレートから取り分け皿まで様々な
ライフスタイルに寄り添うプレートは、
いつもの料理を少しだけ特別なものにしてくれます。

Production and rarity
Only around 50 SUSgallery Plates are produced each month. It is because the delicate hand work of polishing, pressing, welding makes a big difference on the quality. Iconic crystal surface is enjoyed the most on SUSgallery Plate, which is difficult to produce even by skilled artisans.

Design thinking
We designed them to be able to use for a lifetime in various situations. Simple shaped / lean design / easy to be carried / goes well with any kind of dishes / works as daily plate or a show plate. With these features, SUSgallery Plate changes ordinary dishes to be special.

カラーリングの技

チタン表面の被膜の厚さを
ナノレベルでコントロールし、
光の干渉現象により創り出される美しい色彩。
劣化や退色することもなく、
着色成分不使用で
安全なカラーリング技法です。

気温や湿度、表面状態を見ながら、
卓越した職人が一つひとつ丁寧に
カラーリングを施しています。

Coloring
Beautiful color appears by light interference phenomenon, which occurs by changing the thickness of oxide film of titanium at nano-level. This safe method doesn’t use any coloring component and the color doesn’t fade. Observing how the surface of each item is, the temperature and humidity, it is delicately done by experienced artisans.

SUSgallery Story

1966年、新潟県燕市で金属加工の会社を創立。
ステンレスキッチンツールを国内製造し
技術を蓄積したのちに、40年以上
ステンレス魔法瓶を製造してきました。

その後、未来に目を向けたプロダクトを模索。
金属の中でも半永久的に使うことができる
チタンに着目したものの、
加工は困難を極めました。

職人たちは日々苦戦をしながら
技術開拓をしていく中で、
ある日美しいチタンの結晶を生成する方法を
奇跡的に見つけました。
その美しい結晶を施したプロダクト達に
金属を循環させるサステナブル（Sustainable）の精神と
ステンレス（SUS）魔法瓶のクリエイションを
掛け合わせ未来に向けた想いをのせ
SUSgalleryというブランド名をつけました。

A material too difficult
—until it revealed its beauty.

In 1966, we established a metalworking company in Tsubame, Niigata, Japan. After cultivating skills of producing stainless steel kitchen products in Japan, we have been producing stainless vacuum flasks for over 40 years. On the way of developing something innovative, we focused on titanium, which has a great strength. Despite their skill, artisans had been struggling with extremely challenging processing of titanium. One day, we miraculously found a method to create beautiful crystal-like finish on titanium. With the hope for the future, we established a new brand “SUSgallery”, named after the spirit of “Sustainable” and the history of creating stainless steel vacuum flasks combined.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　* “SUS” is the industrial code for stainless steel in Japan.
