working with us at Niseko International Clinic.

bringing valuable winter and mountain medical experience to Niseko.

🤝 The other nurse, also from Australia, plays an important role in supporting our team
throughout the busy winter season.

オーストラリア出身のシーズン看護師2名をご紹介します。

1名は、オーストラリア・Perisher Valley での勤務経験を持ち、

もう1名も同じくオーストラリア出身で、
忙しい冬のシーズンをチームの一員として支えてくれています。

👨‍⚕️ Introducing Dr. Thomas Smith

Dr. Thomas Smith is a physician who completed his medical education in Australia and is a valued member of the medical team at Niseko International Clinic for the 2025/26 season.

After graduating from medical school and completing his early clinical training, Dr. Smith gained further experience working in secondary and tertiary hospitals across Australia, with training in general surgery, trauma care, and intensive care medicine.

He has a strong interest in sports and sports medicine, and has provided medical support to athletes and teams across a wide range of levels — from community sport to state, national, and international competition 🏃‍♂️🏂⛷️

We are delighted to have Dr. Smith joining our team in Niseko this season ❄️✨

トーマス・スミス医師は、オーストラリアで医学教育を受けた医師で、2025／26シーズンのニセコ・インターナショナル・クリニック医療チームの一員です。

医学部卒業および初期臨床研修修了後、オーストラリア国内の二次・三次医療機関にて、一般外科、外傷医療、集中治療の分野で研修を積んできました。

スポーツおよびスポーツ医学に強い関心を持ち、地域レベルから州・国内・国際レベルまで、幅広い競技者やチームに対する医療サポートの経験があります 🏃‍♂️🏂⛷️

平素より当院の IV Vitamin Therapy をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび、２０２６年１月１９日よりIV Vitamin Therapy の一部メニューにつきまして、価格を見直しさせていただくこととなりました。
今回の改定は、医療用成分の安定した確保や、安全性・点滴品質を大切にした医療提供を継続するため、また人件費や医療材料の価格上昇を受けてのものとなります。

This season total of 38 of multi-national staff member to serve for this winter season in Niseko. We are thrilled to starting this season. It is the best if you dont see us, but when necessary, we will be here to support your recovery.

今シーズンは 総勢38名、オーストラリア・イギリス・アイルランド・メキシコなど世界各国から仲間が集結。まさに “インターナショナルクリニック” の名にふさわしい体制です。

冬期診療（１２月１５日から）後半の診療スケジュールのご案内
１２月１５日より冬期診療が始まり、診療スケジュールが変更となります。
いつもご利用いただいている皆様にはご不便をおかけする場面があるかもしれませんが、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

冬期は、メインクリニックに加え、ニセコ東急 グラン・ヒラフスキーリゾート内の Mountain Clinic Hirafu や 発熱外来での診療が行われるため、常勤医師が不在の日が多くなります。
かかりつけの患者様は、お手数をおかけしますが、担当医の勤務日をご確認のうえご来院いただけますと幸いです。

また、冬期は 受付時間内に受付を完了していただくことが必須 となります。
時間を過ぎてしまうと診察をお受けいただけなくなってしまいますので、恐れ入りますが、お時間に余裕を持ってお越しくださいますようお願いいたします。

さらに、すでにご案内の通り、保険診療は平日のみとなります。
土日祝日および年末年始は休日診療扱いとなり、時間外診察料（2,000円） を別途頂戴いたします。
できる限り 平日の診療時間内での受診 にご協力いただけますと大変助かります。

特に年末年始は長期間休日扱いとなり、調剤薬局もお休みとなります。
定期薬をご使用の方は、お薬の残量をご確認のうえ、計画的な受診をお願いいたします。

Winter Clinic Schedule Notice (Starting December 15)
Our winter clinic schedule will begin on December 15, and some changes will be made to our operating hours.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding.

During the winter season, our doctors will also be providing care at the Mountain Clinic Hirafu (inside Niseko Tokyu Grand Hirafu Ski Resort) and at the Fever Clinic.
Because of this, our regular doctors may be unavailable on certain days.
If you have a regular physician, we kindly ask that you check their working schedule before visiting.

Please note that you must complete your check-in within our designated reception hours.
If you arrive after the reception has closed, we will not be able to provide a consultation.
We appreciate your cooperation in arriving with enough time to spare.

As previously announced, JP insurance-covered consultations are available on weekdays only.
Weekends, public holidays, and the New Year period will be treated as holiday consultations, and an after-hours fee (2,000 yen) will apply.
We kindly encourage patients to visit during weekday clinic hours whenever possible.

Please be especially mindful that the New Year period includes an extended holiday, and pharmacies will also be closed.
If you take regular medications, please check your remaining supply in advance and plan your visit accordingly.
