昨日は用事で浅草へ。 帰りに以前食べて感動した「貝出汁らぁ麺 海美風(うみかぜ)」さんに再訪してきました。

いただいたのは「貝出汁らぁ麺(塩)」。 あさりとホタテの旨味が凝縮されたスープは、体に染み渡るような優しい味わい。 貝はあくまでも出汁に用いられているので、姿は見えませんが、一口すするだけで贅沢な出汁の香りが口いっぱいに広がります。
やっぱりここのラーメンは間違いない美味しさでした!
I went to Asakusa for some business yesterday. On my way back, I revisited "Kaidashi Ramen Umikaze," a place that really impressed me before.
I ordered the "Kaidashi Ramen (Salt Base)." The soup, packed with the umami of asari clams and scallops, has a gentle flavor that feels incredibly soothing. Since the shellfish are used strictly for the broth, you won't see them in the bowl, but a single sip is enough to fill your mouth with a rich, luxurious aroma.
As expected, the ramen here never disappoints!
