当院は1957年に開設。当初は20床程度の小さな病院でした。その後、病床を増やし、今は一般病床128床、医療療養病床27床で、主に内科・外科・整形外科・眼科・皮膚科の診療を行っています。救急病院として24時間365日、救急車を受入れています。
良き医療を提供し、決して良識に反する行為を行わない、という病院設立当初の思想を守っています。
