Hip Openers
This one is more about the physical practice. Of course, we all have different bodies—this is where self-exploration begins. Acknowledge where these postures feel good in your body.
As a yoga student and teacher, I’ve found these poses bring a deep sense of release in my hips. Each one benefits the hip area, stretching all its compartments. I find them especially helpful after a long day, after traveling, or simply when I want to create more space.
