Maxillary and mandibular overdenture treatment in 60 years old female with the diabetes as a remarkable medical history. Her HBA1C was birderline. Five implant in maxilla and 3 in mandible were used for this overdenture.

Iliac graft, free gingival graft and vestibuloplasty surgery were done before definitive prosthetic treatment.

Notable point is this treatment has almost 3years follow-up in diabetic patient! Durable esthetics and function.
