認知症のある介護

　介護保険が使える地域密着型サービスの一つです。
　要介護度のある認知症高齢者の方々が少人数単位で共同生活を行う形態で、食事の準備や洗濯などを介護職員と共に行うことで、その方の能力を最大限に活かし、認知症状の進行を抑制、介護度の緩和を目指します。
　グループホーム杉山手では、ひとりひとりを大切にした、少数で家にいるのと同じような生活を送って頂けるよう取り組んでおります。
