Hallöchen!
Ich heiße Alina, bin 25 Jahre alt und habe von Mai bis August 2023 ein
Praktikum im Kannonyama Fruit Garden absolviert!
In diesem Post möchte ich euch gerne über meine Erfahrungen in der Firma
und in einem japanischen Arbeitsumfeld berichten.
Aber mal von Anfang an: Den Auslandsaufenthalt sollte ich im Rahmen
meines Studiums an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum absolvieren, daher hatte
ich zu Beginn des Jahres 2023 mit der Suche nach einem Praktikum in
Japan gestartet. Als ich dann das Angebot von Kannonyama auf der
Praktikumsseite „Kopra“ fand, hatte meine Suche ein schnelles Ende
gefunden. Der Bewerbungsprozess war angenehm und unkompliziert – und da
die Firma super flexibel ist, was die Start-, sowie Aufenthaltszeit
angeht, konnte ich schon am 8.Mai 2023 in den Flieger nach Japan
steigen.
Nach meiner Ankunft am Kansai International Airport wurde ich von einem
der Mitarbeiter in Empfang genommen und mit dem Auto zu der Firma in
Kinokawa gefahren. Die Firma liegt in einem malerischen kleinen Dorf
hoch oben in den Bergen und hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf viele
bunte Obstfelder und traditionelle japanische Wohnhäuser.
Bereits nach zwei Tagen fühlte ich mich schon wie Zuhause, was nicht nur
den anderen Praktikanten im Wohnheim, sondern auch an den freundlichen
Mitarbeitern Kannonyamas zu verdanken war.
Was nun wahrscheinlich alle wissen möchten: Wie sieht die Arbeit auf
einer Obstplantage aus? In einem Wort – Abwechslungsreich. In Kannonyama
gibt es folgende Bereiche: Feldarbeit, Verpackung & Versand,
Gastronomie, Verwaltung und Verarbeitung. In all diese Bereiche durfte
ich einmal reinschnuppern und konnte vielerlei Erfahrungen sammeln. Am
besten hat mir die Arbeit im hauseigenen Café gefallen. Dort durfte ich
leckere Desserts und Getränke zubereiten und auch die Kunden bedienen,
wodurch ich meine Japanisch Kenntnisse deutlich verbessern konnte.
Generell habe ich mich mit fast allen Mitarbeitern auf Japanisch
unterhalten und konnte somit viele spannende Gespräche führen, mehr über
die japanische Kultur erfahren und viele Freundschaften schließen. Neben
der Arbeit haben ich und ein anderer Praktikant auch noch zwei
Englisch-Kurse für alle Mitarbeiter angeboten, ein Kurs für Anfänger und
ein Kurs für Fortgeschrittene. Das Interesse Englisch zu lernen war sehr
hoch, da die Firma ja viele Praktikanten aus allen möglichen Ländern
empfängt.
Wir hatten pro Woche zwei freie Tage, an denen ich mit den anderen
Praktikanten und den Mitarbeitern ausgegangen bin. Wir haben zusammen
fast die gesamte Kansai-Region erkundet und hatten unglaublich viel
Spaß. Auch von der Geschäftsführung wurden wir des Öfteren eingeladen
und konnten interessante Einblicke in die Geschichte der Region sowie
der Firma gewinnen.
Das absolute Highlight des Praktikums war unsere Reise nach Tokyo.
Zeitgleich mit meinem Aufenthalt hat Kannonyama den sogenanntren „London
Bus“ in Tokyo gesponsort, ein original Bus aus England, welcher in Tokyo
90-minütige Rundfahrten für Touristen anbietet. Dort wurden zu dem
Zeitpunkt unsere Früchte und Desserts gereicht. Unser Senior-Chef hat
uns dann nach Tokyo geschickt um selbst mit dem Bus zu fahren, die
Produkte auszuprobieren und ein Video für unser Social Media zu drehen.
Insgesamt waren wir 4 Tage in Tokyo und hatten neben der Fahrt im Bus
noch die Möglichkeit viele andere Stadtteile Tokyos zu besichtigen.
Um langsam einmal zum Ende zu kommen: Ich kann nur jedem Empfehlen
Kannonyama Fruits Garden für ein Praktikum zu besuchen. Hätte ich im
Vorfeld gewusst, wie lieb hier alle sind und wie viel Spaß ich haben
würde – ich wäre direkt ein ganzes Jahr geblieben. Die Arbeit ist
vielseitig und interessant, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit
und die Region wunderschön.
Am Ende dieses Abenteuers habe ich ausschließlich Positives zu berichten
und würde jederzeit für ein weiteres Praktikum zurückkommen. Ich bedanke
mich herzlich beim gesamten Kannonyama-Team und den anderen Praktikanten
für diese unvergessliche Zeit und wünsche euch für die Zukunft alles

おそらく誰もが今知りたいこと: 仕事とはどのようなものなのか
果樹園？一言で言えば、多様です。観音山にて
次の分野があります: 現場作業、梱包と出荷、
美食、管理、加工。これらすべてのエリアで許可されています
体験して、たくさんの経験を積むことができました。で
一番気に入ったのは社内のカフェで働くことです。私はそこに行かせてもらいました
美味しいデザートやドリンクを作って接客したり、
そのおかげで私の日本語スキルは大幅に向上しました。
基本的にほぼ全員の従業員と日本語でコミュニケーションを取りました
楽しく、たくさんの刺激的な会話をすることができました。
日本文化を体験し、たくさんの友達を作りましょう。の隣に
仕事、私ともう一人のインターンも 2 人います。
全社員対象の英語コース、初心者向け英語コース、
上級コース。英語学習への関心が非常に高かった
同社にはあらゆる国からのインターンが多数いるため、高い
受け取ります。
週に2日休みがあり、他の人と一緒に過ごすことができました
インターン生も従業員も足りなくなった。私たちは一緒にいます
関西地方のほぼ全域を探索し、信じられないほどの量を集めました
楽しい。経営陣からもよく誘われました
この地域の歴史についても興味深い洞察を得ることができました

インターンシップの絶対的なハイライトは東京への旅行でした。
私の滞在と時を同じくして、観音山ではいわゆる「ロンドン」が開催されました。

In this post I would like to tell you about my experiences in the company
and report in a Japanese work environment.
