コロナで大変なこの時期、4月を目前にして東京では雪が降り、寒暖の差が激しく、コロナ以前に体調を崩しやすい環境が整っています。
こんな状況では身体の冷えや睡眠不足などで免疫力が低下し、ウイルスや細菌への抵抗力が知らず知らずに落ちてしまいます。
皆様にお願いです。
こんな時期だからこそ、早寝(可能であれば22時まで)、シャワーだけで終わらず、湯船にしっかり浸かり身体の芯から温める、いつもより一枚多く着込むなどの冷え対策を万全にし、室内の湿度を少し高めに設定するなどしてお過ごし下さい。
また、食事スタイルも洋食より伝統的な和食を心がけ、お味噌汁や納豆など、昔ながらの食を意識してみてください。
洋食やパン食が悪いわけではありませんが、日本人の消化能力や食性などにより、身体への負担が大きくなりやすく、冷えの原因に繋がりやすいです。
スナック菓子やファーストフード、インスタント食品なども食べ続けると身体への負担が大きいのでお控えください。
東京では外出の自粛願いが出されておりますが、出来る限り部屋でこもる生活をさけ、ベランダでも公園(人が少なければ)でも良いので、1日数時間(難しければ少しでも)外の空気に触れ、太陽を身体に浴びるようにしてください。
外に出るのが不安な方や難しい方は、ご自宅の窓を開けて家の中に風を通し、窓際で日光浴をしてください。
家の中や部屋の中にこもり続け、太陽や外の空気を触れないことは、人にとってマイナスでしかなく、免疫力低下の原因となり、精神衛生上にも悪影響を及ぼします。
コロナを始めウイルスや細菌は弱った身体が大好物である反面、元気な身体は大嫌いです。
最後に、こんな時だからこそ、笑顔になれる時間を少しでも増やしてほしいと思います。
身体のバリア機能を高め、健康で安心な日常を送るためにも、上記事柄を心掛けてお過ごしください。

Since the situation in Tokyo is unstable, we will announce you as soon as there's any change.
It's been hard time for Covid-19 and in addition, it snows in Tokyo just before April.
There's more risks to be sick in the huge gap of temperature rather than being infected by covid.
If the body is cold and in lack of enough sleep, your immunity gets down and lose your resistance to viruses and bacteria without knowing.
This is my request to everyone.
Please go to bed earlier (before 10pm if possible), take a bath not just taking shower to warm your body properly, wear extra clothes, and keep your room temperature a bit warmer.
And please try to eat traditional Japanese style meals like Miso soup and Natto not western style.
Western style or eating bread are not bad always but for Japanese people, digestive ability and feeding habit are different.
So it is burden on your body and could be the reason of coldness.
I recommend people from overseas eat your own local, traditional food of your country.
Please refrain to eat snacks, fast food or instant food too much to avoid burden.
Tokyo Metropolitan Government requested to refrain from going out however, please avoid being inside the room too much and stay at the balcony or a park (if you can avoid crowd) for a few hours a day (if you cannot, just a little is fine) for fresh air and sunbathing.
If you're worried or difficult to go outside, please open the window and take fresh air inside the room and sunbathe at the window.
Being stuck inside the house or room for long time and not taking sunlight and fresh air is nothing but negative factor for reducing immunity.
It also has a negative effect on mental health.
Viruses or bacteria including Covid-19 love weakened body and hate healthy body.
Lastly, please have time for smiles and laughter even a little.
Please stay healthy trying above things in mind to improve the barrier function of your body and to lead a healthy and secure daily life.
