Master Toru said today,
“Your muscles do 2 things, moving and holding. In everyday life, we often use spine, hips and legs to hold and shoulders and arms to move. In Watsu you need to turn it around, hold with shoulders and arms, and move with spine, hips and legs so that the receiver feels safe to be free and allow your movements and pressures to translate to them.”

Come to join us for Watsu 1 with Toru Ogasawara in Hsinchu city, an-hour train ride from Taiwan Airport TPE. We love Taiwan for its friendly people and the FOOD!!! It’s a street food paradise!

The class is organized by Taiwan Watsu Center, a group of physical therapists in Taiwan. Toru will be teaching in English with Chinese translator.
