In May, the patient suddenly developed numbness in the toes of her right foot, gradually spreading to her ankle, knee, and hip. As the condition progressed, severe swelling developed throughout her right leg, resulting in an elephant-like swelling. Similar swelling subsequently appeared in her left leg. A diuretic was prescribed at a medical institution, which reduced the swelling, but the numbness and pain in both legs persisted.
The patient described the sensation as "like being tightly wrapped around with wire," suggesting that she continues to experience intense tension and pressure.
Today, we performed a treatment using Momokusa's manual technique to gently release tension in the tissues along the numbness line. To assess the patient's response to the treatment, we asked her to carefully observe her condition for the next three days, after which we plan to proceed to the next stage of treatment.
