Massage with Japanese essential oil is the art of healing through touch and pressure. It restores balance to the mind, body and spirit. This is the most effective method of using the oils that combines all essential properties with the therapeutic power of touch and feeling. The oils should never be used undiluted, but should be diluted with an odorless carrier oil such as Japanese rice oil. A dilution of 1% essential oil with carrier oil is the recommended level in Jappan. This is approximately four drops essential oil to twenty milliliters of carrier oil. The yuzu fruit is very popular among the people owing to its taste. The peel of the yuzu fruit has a very refreshing sweet and citrus fragrance. Yuzu essential oil is obtained by the process of steam distillation or through the solvent method from the yuzu fruit peels. Yuzu essential oil is widely used for the treatment of emotional stress, fatigues, and fits as it has the great soothing and calming effect on the nerves.
