🇯🇵 日本の製造業は、業界横断的に一貫した要求事項への適合を支援し、重複する監査の負担を軽減する世界初の付加製造 生産認証プログラム「ASTM AM認証」へのアクセスが可能となりました。

本プログラムは、付加製造のサプライチェーン全体において、品質保証、規制遵守、およびプロセス管理の向上を目的としており.

Doosan、Stryker、 Daimler をはじめとする世界25社以上のエンドユーザーが、ASTMの付加製造認証委員会と連携して本プログラムの策定に携わりました。

「エンドユーザーの要求事項を整合させ、第三者認証を提供することにより、この取り組みは高性能用途におけるAMの真の可能性を引き出す手助けとなります」と、ASTMインターナショナル 技術運営ディレクターのマーティン・ホワイト博士は、6月3日の発表で述べています。「本プログラムは、業界および規制の要求に応える必要がある製造業者の認証における重要なギャップを埋めるものです。

⚙️ Japanese manufacturers now have access to ASTM AM Certification, the world's first additive manufacturing certification program built to help companies meet consistent requirements across industries and reduce redundant audit burdens.

The program is designed to improve quality assurance, regulatory compliance and process control throughout the additive manufacturing supply chain. More than 25 end users worldwide, including Doosan, Stryker and Daimler, collaborated with ASTM's Additive Manufacturing Certification Committee to develop the cutting-edge program.

“By aligning end-user requirements and providing third-party certification, this effort will help unlock the true potential of AM in high-performance applications," Dr. Martin White, Director of Technical Operations, ASTM International, said in the June 3 announcement. “This program fills an important gap in certification for manufacturers who need to meet industry and regulatory requirements.”

Wohlers Report 2025によると、付加製造（AM）が2035年までに1,150億ドル規模へと拡大していく中で、国際的な連携が重要な鍵となっています。先月、初の防衛AM認証センターを開設したAM防衛サプライヤーのNovaindefに対するスペインの支援は、世界中の知識とベストプラクティスを橋渡しする必要性を明確に示しています。

🇪🇸 私は先月開催されたDSEI Japan 2025にてNovaindefのフェルナンド・ラサーニ氏とマルティン・サエス氏にお会いする光栄にあずかりました。彼らはアジアの防衛関係者と、産業規模でのAMソリューションを結び付ける役割を果たしていました。

🎓 今週は、ASTM International、Novaindef、ハエン大学が共催し、グローバルな標準化、適格性評価、認証に関するワークショップが開催されました。ASTM、オーバーン大学、Novaindef、スペイン軍、そしてAM業界を代表する企業からのスピーカーが登壇しました。

🇯🇵ASTMが日本でも、産学官の連携をどのように支援できるか、今後が非常に楽しみです。

International collaboration is key as additive manufacturing scales toward its $115B potential by 2035 (Wohlers Report 2025). Spain’s support of Sicnova-subsidiary Novaindef—which opened its first defense AM certification center last month—underscores the need to bridge knowledge and best practices across the globe. I was honored to meet Novaindef last month at , where they were connecting Asian defense players with additive manufacturing solutions on an industrial scale.

This week, ASTM International, Novaindef & University of Jaén hosted a workshop on global standardization, qualification & certification, featuring speakers from ASTM, Auburn University, Novaindef, the Spanish Armed Forces and leading AM companies. I’m excited to see how ASTM can help Japan forge similar partnerships between industry, higher-ed and defense allies in the Indo-pacific!

回を重ねるごとに難易度を少しずつ上げていきますが、初心者の方でも作る楽しみを感じていただける内容になっています。
初回はネームタグ作りを体験していただけます。
（２回目はチェーン・３回目はケーブルフォルダー）

Over the course of 3 seminars, we will introduce 3D modeling using Tinker Cad and will up the difficulty after each seminar. The seminar is made for beginners so anyone is welcome to join and experience the fun of modeling.
In our first seminar we will be creating personalized name tags.
