アムジェン・ジャパン・オープンオフィス2025 開催報告 ✏️
アムジェン・ジャパンではこのたび、社員とそのご家族を対象に、楽しみながらオフィスを見学し親睦を深めるイベントとして、初の「オープンオフィス2025 🏢 」を開催しました。
当日は150名を超える社員とご家族が来場し、部門・世代をこえて温かな交流が生まれました。アムジェンらしい企画として関心を集めたのは、「くすりができるまで」の工程をクイズ形式で学ぶプログラム。子供たちが科学への好奇心を膨らませる姿が印象的でした。
本イベントは、社員が自分らしく働ける環境づくりを目指す取り組み「Best Work of Our Lives ― 最高の職場」の一環として実施されたものです。社員だけでなく、そのご家族や周囲の人々も含めて大切にする文化は、私たちが掲げる「To Serve Patients - 患者さんのために、今できるすべてを」の実現を支える力になると考えています。
アムジェン・ジャパンはこれからも、人とつながり、学び合い、成長できる職場づくりに取り組んでまいります。

Amgen Japan Open Office 2025 ✏️
Amgen Japan recently hosted our very first Open Office 2025 🏢 —an engaging and welcoming event for employees and their families to explore our workplace and strengthen connections across the organization.
More than 150 employees and family members joined us on the day, creating warm interactions across teams and generations. One of the most popular activities was “How Medicine Is Made” program, where young minds explored science and tested their knowledge in a fun quiz.
This event was part of our ongoing commitment to building “The Best Work of Our Lives”—a workplace where everyone can thrive and be their authentic selves. We believe that fostering a culture that values not only our employees but also their families and communities is key to achieving our mission: To Serve Patients.
