I would like to inform you about our opening hours during the winter vacation.

The outpatient will close today Dec 30th and will reopen on Monday January 5th.
However, if you are a pregnant woman visiting one of our clinics then the clinic is open 24 hours a day for any emergencies or consultations. So please contact the clinic directly in that situation.

We hope that you are enjoying the slightly cooler weather as autumn arrives. Today we would like to remind you of the online reservation service that is available at all our clinics.

This service allows you to check available dates and times and make your reservation online. It saves you the trouble of calling the clinic and gives you more flexibility regarding your checkup.

The service is only available in Japanese at the moment, but if you set your browser to translate to English then you shouldn't have any trouble using the system (and if you have any issues, you can contact us here as usual).

Greetings!! It has been a while since our last update😌😌
I hope that everyone has been keeping safe in this extremely hot and humid weather.😎😎

Today I would like to remind you about the importance of the Maternal and Child Health Handbook and Coupon booklet.
Usually at around 8 - 10 weeks, the clinic will confirm the Expected Due Date (EDD) of your baby and give you a document that you need to submit to your local health center.

The Health Center will then give you the Maternal and Child Health Handbook and Coupon booklet. You should try to fill in the required information before your next visit to the clinic. Please bring the Maternal and Child Health Handbook whenever you visit a doctor (OBGYN or other clinics) as it is proof of your pregnancy.

The coupons in the coupon booklet should be filled out before visiting the clinic as this will save time on the day.

Today I would like to introduce the "Ovarian Reserve Test".

This is a test to check how capable your ovaries are at producing eggs that can become babies. If you are having difficulty getting pregnant, it may be a good idea to undergo this test as it may provide some valuable information.

Different clinics use different services but at Castle Bell Clinic, they use "Echo Diary" which allows you and your family members all over the world to view the ultrasounds online. This is great for foreigners whose parents cannot come to Japan for the birth, as it allows them to share in the experience!
