いったんポーズを忘れる、今の感覚にフォーカス。
するとどうなると思います？

ちょっと考えてみて。。。🤔

今、気分が良ければ、
気持ちいい
気持ちいい

連続。

で、
やめたくなくなるの。

その延長線上に
安定した気持ちのいい持続したポーズができてくる。

人生で言えば、
それがゴールに。

吸う息ごとにゆるみ、内側に部屋ができる。吐く息ごとにあなたをその中に入れてくれる。

This is the next month yoga schedule! If you are in a mood, come and join in us! How nice is that we get together and practice for moving ease, soften and release tension every step along the way whenever you are and wherever you go, which is not about yoga, but is about you. Personally for me this practice is super useful at work and my private life.☺️✨
