Shivam Yoga (シバムヨガ)とはヨガの起源である古代インドの哲学を大切にした伝統的なヨガです。
自然を母なる大地として尊敬し、自然と調和して生きた古代インド、
ドラヴィダ人の文明の中心であったSamkhya・tantraの哲学を大切にしています。
自分自身の体や心の在り方を見つめ、受け止め、いたわり、高めることを目的としています。
より軽く、より幸せに、そして、よりナチュラルに。

***クラスの内容***
Mental concentration (精神統一)
Pranayama（呼吸法）
Asana（ヨガのポーズ）
Yoganidra（リラクゼーション）
Meditation（瞑想）

それぞれのAsanaは難易度のステージがあるので、年齢や経験に関わらず、どなたでも参加できます。
バイリンガルのクラスも行っています、英語に興味のある方や、English speakersにもおすすめです。


Shivam Yoga is a philosophical and therapeutic system which respects the traditional methods of Yoga knowledge which began approximately 7000 - 10,000 years ago in the Dravidian Civilization. Sankhya explains the existence of life and The Universe based on Universal laws, mainly Karma and Dharma laws. Tantra is a behavioural philosophy. Tantra means toll (Tra) of development (Tan). Tantra is also understood as an energetic philosophy because it explains about the energetic physiology of the body and life. Samkhya and Tantra philosophies are a life expression of the Dravidian people. This expression is not religious or devotional.
