Soooo, there was supposed to be yoga tonight but there was a miscommunication with the teak furniture people and their stuff is unpacked in both halls at the USO already. No yoga tonight 😜 see you next week 😘

December's toddler yoga theme is the Arctic! It's short and sweet this month due to a teak furniture sale at the USO and the holidays.
December will be my last month teaching. If you've seen my belly lately, you understand why 😉 I've truly enjoy teaching your children and am going to miss you all!!
Children and adult yoga will still continue at the USO, but under a different name. Diana will be the new teacher and she is also a certified children's yoga instructor. November’s Toddler Yoga theme is the Australian Outback! You and your mate will turn kangaroos, koalas, and crocodiles into yoga poses. Hope to see you and your 2-7 year old soon 😊

Adult Hatha yogis!! The lovely Maggi Mars will be subbing for me for the month of September because I need to take the evenings off. She's been practicing yoga since 2006 and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2011. The adult Hatha yoga class will still be Thursday nights from 7:30-8:30pm at the Kadena USO and it will still be a beginners class. I'm sure you'll love her 😊

Hey yogis! According to the link below, we *should* go into tccor 1-c at midnight tonight and be out of it by 9am tomorrow morning. The USO closes when it's tccor 1-c, so there will still be class tonight if the typhoon sticks with what they predicted. 😊
