蘭ではお客様とセラピストの感染症対策を行っております。火災や地震・噴火による災害避難経路の確認を消防と情報共有しております。
蘭のニューノーマルにご協力ください
・風邪の症状のある方は誠に申し訳ございませんが、入店をお断りします
（頭痛、のどの痛み、鼻水、発熱、セキなど）
・入店時の赤外線体温計による検温にご協力ください
・入店時の医療用アルコールによる手指消毒にご協力ください
・入店時と施術中のマスク着用にご協力ください
（マスクをしていないお客様の入店はお断りします）
・施術中の会話は自由ですが小声でお願い致します
・手洗いは電動ソープディスペンサーをご利用ください
・店内は常時換気を行っております
・定期的に窓とドアを全開にし、道頓堀川の風を入れる事でお店の空気を全て入れ替えております
・扇風機も併用し強制的に換気しています
・国の基準であるCo2濃度1000ppm以下の状態で施術を行います
・セラピストは業務開始・終了時に検温をいたします
・セラピストは施術中にマスク・保護メガネ・使い捨て手袋などを着用致します。
・セラピストは施術前後などに手洗い・医療用アルコールによる手指消毒をいたします
・お客様のお使いになるお飲み物の食器類は全て消毒済みです
・お客様のお使いになるタオル・シーツ類は全て消毒済みです
・お客様がお使いになるシャワールーム・トイレ・呼び鈴・ドアノブ・靴ベラ・スリッパ・貸傘などは全て抗菌コーティングおよび除菌消毒済みです
・エアロゾル感染を防ぐため、当面の間、施術は店内お一人様貸切といたします。
・事前にご予約があれば2名様同時マッサージも致します。1週間前にはご連絡下さい。
・シャワーの際などは貴重品袋がありますのでご利用下さい。
（災害対策）
・火災報知機がなりましたらセラピストの指示に従って下さい
・緊急地震速報のアラートが出ましたらすぐに外には出ずセラピストの指示に従って下さい
・避難経路は誘導灯がございますのでそれを目安に退避して下さい
・エレベーターは利用せず、階段で避難してください。階段が使えない場合は避難梯子がございますのでそちらを利用して下さい
・非常時の食料や水は確保しております。ご安心ください
RAN shop's New Normal Policy (Updated February 7, 2022)
At RAN shop, we take measures against infectious diseases between our customers and therapists. We share information with the fire department about the confirmation of disaster evacuation routes due to fires, earthquakes, and eruptions. Please cooperate with New Normal
・if you have cold, but we will refuse to enter the store. (Headache, sore throat, runny nose, fever, cough, etc.)
・ Please cooperate with the temperature measurement by the infrared thermometer when entering the store.
・ Please cooperate with hand disinfection with medical alcohol when entering the store.
・ Please cooperate with wearing a mask when entering the store and during massage. (Customers without masks are not allowed to enter the store)
・ You are free to talk during the massage, but please be quiet.
・ Please use an electric soap dispenser for hand washing.
・ The inside of the store is constantly ventilated.
・ Regularly open the windows and doors to let in the wind of the Dotonbori River to replace all the air in the store.
・ Forced ventilation with a fan
・ Perform the treatment with a Co2 concentration of 1000ppm or less, which is the national standard. Therapist is we will thermometry at the time of business time start and end
Therapists are subject to wear a mask or the like and medical care for the face shield, safety glasses, disposable gloves during treatment
・ Therapist will wash hands and disinfect hands with medical alcohol before and after the procedure.
・ All tableware for drinks used by customers has been disinfected.
・ All towels and sheets used by customers have been disinfected.
・ The shower room, toilet, doorbell, doorknob, shoehorn, slippers, rental umbrella , etc. that you use are all antibacterial coated and disinfected.
・ In order to prevent aerosol infection, The treatment will be reserved for one person in the store.
・ If you make a reservation in advance, we will massage 2 people at the same time. please use Valuable bag
(Disaster countermeasures)
・ Follow the therapist's instructions when the fire alarm goes off.
・ If you receive an Earthquake Early Warning alert, do not go outside, immediately and follow the therapist's instructions.
・ There is a guide light on the evacuation route, so please evacuate using that as a guide.
・ Please do not use the elevator and evacuate on the stairs. If you cannot use the stairs, there is an evacuation ladder, so please use that.
・ We secure food and water in case of emergency. Please rest assured
