Tokyo Metropolitan Care Worker Employment Promotion Project

1. Eligible applicants
- Anyone who is willing to work at MCS senior facilities in Tokyo area
- Permanent, long-term, Japanese spouse-visa holder
- Can speak conversational Japanese, can read and write hiragana and katakana

●Certified care worker (kaigo fukushi) and Nursing care staff practitioner training (Kaigo Jitsumusha Kenshu) license holder are not eligible to apply.

2. Merit
- Training is free of charge
- You will receive salary while taking the course

3. Term of employment contract
- The contract is for a fixed term of up to 6 months.
*Continued employment after the fixed-term contract period is possible. In that case, you will be hired as a regular employee or contract employee.

MCS Specified Skilled Workers’ Training in Aichi Prefecture

A training was conducted last March 26 for Specified Skilled Workers working at MCS’ Ai No Ie Group Homes in Aichi Prefecture.
This time, 26 participants from various countries, including Indonesia, Nepal, Vietnam, Philippines, and others participated.
During the training they learned about “nursing and medical care” and “team care” from the scope of questions on the national exam for caregivers.
Training is held about once every two months to improve Japanese language comprehension and language skills, and to acquire and deepen understanding of the knowledge necessary for daily caregiving work. In addition, training also provides preparation for the National Care Worker Examination, which is a requirement for obtaining the "caregiving"(caregiver visa ) residence status
The next session will be held on June 11.
