Eddy and Hiroko Rubin teach a traditional style of Hatha Yoga. It is a meditative non-competitive style of yoga that refines, tones and purifies all the systems of the body, leaving one relaxed, recharged and happy. This type of yoga is suitable for all ages and ability levels. Eddy has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years. He has studied numerous systems of yoga and has many years of teaching experience. Eddy is also a practitioner of Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound. He is available to lead kirtans (yogic chanting sessions). Hiroko holds additional teaching certificates in Children’s Yoga and Laughter Yoga. Her joyful presence ensures that her students always have a rewarding yoga experience. Hatha Yoga classes are currently offered at The State park by the swimming pool entrance at 9:30 on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The rain location is the Ice House. Also at the Flannel in Hancock at 11 on Saturdays. We also offer private and small group classes at our home studio with a beautiful mountain view, located near Great Cacapon.
